MC Services
MC Services – Stands most often for Master of Ceremonies. We keep an event rolling along by introducing functionaries and interacting with the audience. Most of the time, this is included in all packages unless hired separately to be an MC and not DJ at the same time.
Day of Coordinator
Day of Coordinator – We will work with you to coordinate the event of the day of the occasion. This is usually an additional and separate cost
Karaoke
Karaoke – We provide Karaoke services. This service usually includes a projector or TV in the package.
Dance Floor Lighting
We provide dance floor lighting to cover the dancefloor during most events. Additional dance floor lighting to cover larger areas can be requested at an extra cost.
Microphones
Microphones – We provide wireless and wired microphones to be used for speeches and announcements. Additional microphones for performances (solo, duets, bands, etc.) can be provided upon request at an extra charge.
Fog Machine
We can provide a fog machine for the dancefloor. This gives a good effect while the dance floor lights are working. Fog machines are rarely included because most venues do not allow them due to the fear of smoke alarms going off.
Up-Lighting
We provide up-lighting to transform any room into a preferred color and add ambiance.
Sound System
We provide the speakers for the event. Most of the time a pair of speakers is enough for most events. For bigger events, like band performances and prom dances, additional speakers are usually needed – this would be an extra cost. For weddings, if an additional system is needed for the ceremony area, there will be an extra cost.
Cloud Machine
This is also referred to as “Dancing in the Clouds” effect. We can provide this at an extra cost.
TV or Projector and Screen
We provide this for karaoke and to be used for slide shows or video presentations. The sizes and cost will vary based on the need and size of the event.
Bubble Machine
We can provide bubble machines that can be used in different times of the event. For weddings, it is mostly used during the recession. However, bubbles can be used as needed and is great for pictures.
Power Generator
This is available for areas where there is no power source. This could be in park areas or ranch areas.
Gobo Logos
We can provide gobo projection for the event. It can be name initials, full names, themes, etc. The projection can be on the walls, ceilings, or dance floor. We can change up the designs to add to the final effects.
